Ok, so I'm new to SMF (1.0.5) and am trying to figure out how to add a button or 2 for a specific usergroup to the main menu (home/newbutton1/newbutton2/help/search/profile/calendar/logout). It would be an external link. I know the change is made in the index.template.php file. but I don't know how to make the change. Can anyone assist?
