I upgraded from version 2.0.15 to 2.0.16 to 2.0.17 my forum
everything works perfectly on the PC but on the mobile it doesn't work.
it only displays the home page and when you go on login from a blank page.
before the update everything worked correctly

When you installed did you check to see if there were errors and did you insert the correct code or went ahead and install anyway?

if you have mechanisms in place specifically for mobile, this complicates things insofar as offering you assistance.
however, first things first: mobile providers absolutely love caching. they'll cache everything and often ignore expires and cache settings in htaccess/httpd.conf files just to make their services appear faster... it is an issue for those of us with heavily customized sites that are still under development, and it's a real problem when there is a major update as 16 and 17 seem to be.
so... some advice: clear the cache on your device to eliminate this as an issue... get a clean/new set of files on that device before you start making changes to source code.

installation did not report any errors
when your users connect to your forum on mobile, what is different? a different theme/mod?

before the upgrade it's work very well on smarthphone
no difference in theme/mod
seems to work just fine for me on my phone...
What exactly is the problem?
the op states that the login pages is dead... I have no smartphone so cannot check.
The login page seems to be a blank white on PC and phone, so most probably there would be something in the server error log about this.

I check your forum and don't work also on desktop, all page different from index is white...
You can test if work on default theme? (curve)
The 2.0.16 edited more template files, the current theme is updated?
