Hi,
Since upgrade to 2.0.17 i have problem at some user IP show 0.0.0.0 instead real IP.
And problem is, it generate errorlog (app. 300 errors per hour).
How i can solve that?
Please see attachments.
some users may be using ipv6, SMF 2.0 does not support that and will show all 0's.
what are the exact errors you are getting? this should not generate any errors in itself.
Thanks for response.

No, check my own ip "Who's online" list and there my IP is 0.0.0.0, although real IP is 4IPv not 6IPv (check it).

MOD httpBL make errors, because IP is not valid.

You have a half-dozen which might be affecting the IP...
Basically, I can't recreate your problem on a base installation... which means that something specific to your setup is erasing the IP from being recorded.
There is a function ("httpBL_setPassCookie") in the httpBL mod that updates session data, under certain circumstances, to change an IP address to 0.0.0.0
Try disabling the httBL mod and see if that helps. If it does, we can work on why the mod is doing this.

httpBL disabled => no erros, but still some IP is 0.0.0.0 like before.
Hide ip stuff for users 1.04 ??? MAYBE
Guest IP's shows normal, 0.0.0.0 issue is only in members.
that's a clue there, then.... all members, or only some?

all members, or only some?
Not all, only some (randomly).
Edit: like now, 20 members with are 4 zero IP's
ok... next question is: How are they logging in? those 4 -- are they using Tapatalk, per chance?

Don't know, maybe.
But, once i been logging in, and site shows at
my IP is 0.0.0.0, i check my ip and it's normal 4IPv and i using normal PC and FireFox, not Tapatalk.
Try to solve this my own, but still not found what is common to make this issue :(
I removed ipv6 from server, and now works fine.
