Hi all,

My last user is not updating after upgrading to 2.0.17.

What to do?

Can you explain in more detail what you're trying to say? The update progress is stuck at a user account? What are the exact messages involved? Are there errors? What method did you use to upgrade, the stepwise patching or the large upgrade? What version were you updating from?

It's not a problem with statistics but with registration.

New users can't register.

url : lagunaclub.nl

With tapatalk registration is no problem.

On GDPR page i only have to accept i'm older then 18.
After registration i have to accept GDPR rules.

You didn't really answer any of my questions.

Anyway: Why can't they register? What message are they seeing, what errors are being produced?

The GDPR steps you describe, do they only happen in the tapatalk case, only in the other, "normal" case, or both?

After accept you are older then 18years, you fill in the fields, (nickname, email, password and control question) then you jump back to the page with the question of 18years .

Manual registration by admin works.
Tapatalk you don't see GDPR rules, you just register and that works fine.

I've disabled email and select direct register -> does not work, same behaviour.

In log of SMF there are no errors bout registration.

What mods are you using besides tapatalk? Were there any problems with code replacement during the updates? Does the problem persist if you uninstall all mods? Does it persist if you re-upload fresh SMF files? (https://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/How_to_upload_a_fresh_set_of_files)

Also, what is the "statistics" in the topic referring to?

Copy'd all files except settings and install files.

Registration worked.
Enabled mods one by one.

Problem with Enotify.

Thanks for help.
