I need to update the email that new members get after their registration is approved. Would love some guidance here. Thanks.

I have learned that this is where to find the area to edit Welcome emails:
Administration Center ► Languages ► Edit Languages ► Edit ► in the "Edit Language Entries" section at the bottom, select "Email Templates".
However "Email Templates" is not one of my options in the drop down box.
Is there another path?

Details in case it's useful: FTP, locate file, download, edit in notepad++ (recommended program), save, upload with FTP. Do a final test with a registration and a working email.
Right before uploading (would replace original file), rename the original file to (for example) EmailTemplates.english.phporig so there's a fallback if anything went wrong with edits.
One should anyway always have some decently recent full files backup, mark everything in FTP and transfer to own PC. ...if using Filezilla, the usual warning: set transfer type to binary.
