hi I have version 2.0.17 and I installed the Topic Solved mod that in the basic theme there is while if after installing some theme there is no mod why? is not displayed

Some mods need to be installed on custom themes manually.
That will require you to do an edit to the theme. I have SMF package parser that will tell you what files to edit if you upload the mod to it https://www.smfhacks.com/smf-package-parser.html
