Hi folks . . . I have had this FORUM since maybe 2004 or so. 2 days ago I was banning a fellow from the FORUM and maybe an hour or so later my FORUM gave me the Screen Shot below.
I have worked at it for maybe 2 days to fix and I have not been able to accomplish anything. I am 1 of the 2 administrators on the FORUM.

You going to need to clear your bans from the database. Do you have access to phpmyadmin?

Do you have access to ftp? I could write a script that would clear all bans on your site.

My files on the website are put on with FTP . . . YES!!!

This is probably a stupid question but where would I put your script??? I would tank you a million for doing it but I really have no clue where to put it. Obviously I would not just "upload" it somewhere???

You would upload it to the root directory of your forum where SSI.php is.
Then run script via browser by pointing to the url.
Clear bans script attached. Warning this really does clear all ban entries,groups, ban logs.
That's it???? . . . Upload it to the server where the SSI.php is and then point to the URL when I go to the FORUM site???

No issues with zero bans. Just if you have trouble makers reban them again.

When I went to the FORUM EVERYTHING was GREAT EXCEPT . . . at the top in a PINK BOX it said
"!! MAJOR SECURITY RISK:You have not removed install.php!"
What do I do to get rid of that . . . delete the install.php???

I deleted the install.php from the server and all is now FINE!!!!!

Wouldn't hurt to update to 2.0.17
You may want to stop using all caps and exclamation marks.
Still "Sorry Guest" here, so there must be some ban in place somewhere, maybe some strange caching behaviour that in periods keeps 'serving' out the ban status to others than the actual banned id\ip.

Cleared the bans you still had the script there.
How are you banning the person? Before you ban someone can you take a screenshot of it.

Bet you are using a proxy,like cloudflare aren't you?
