Hi,
I am getting this message when trying to access admin or logout of the board.
Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.
I have read previous posts and deleted cookies, cleared cache etc but no good. I am using Ver 2.0.15 on a clients website. PHP version is 5.5. I have exported the error log as pdf and attached it here. I can't see any reference to the Session Verification though. Any ideas?

Did you install any mods before this happening?
Another thing, the cookie name, does it match that of $cookiename var in your Settings.php file?

No, No mods added at all and yes the cookie name is just the same. Thanks for your help.
Anyone got any ideas to resolve the situation?
The issue maybe related to certain anti-spam mod, i see many records were banned by your server. Try to:
1. Log into another admin account via other phone/computer to disable the mod + empty the file cache, ect...
2. If it doesn't work, go to phpmyadmin —> Backup your database first —> Empty (do not Drop or Delete) the "smf_sessions" table
Check if it works or not!
