Firstly, I want to apologise for posting here, I have posted in the mod page, but have gotten no reply.
Split Forum is a wonderful mod, you're a real blessing.
I want to know: is it possible to have an admin for each subforum?
or to have global moderator for each subforum?
Next, can I direct a totally different domain to work with a subforum? For instance, subforum 1: subforum1.com, subforum2: subforum2.com. But all still in the same main forum. Is this possible?

This board is really for requesting features in SMF itself, sub forums of the kind you're talking about are not core features, and are unlikely to ever become so.
That said, there would be nothing stopping you making a new group and giving that group the ability to do general moderation, but actual management like adding boards, I doubt it, that requires a massive overhaul.
