I kinda know how this is done, i know it has something to do with the command

But for some reason is wont display the picture i`m trying to link too below my post, without uploading an attatchment photo.
Any idea`s on this please.

With forums its better to use BBC code instead if html code as this can pose security risk if you do not know what your doing, how to use BBC code with images you can have a look at:
https://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Img
And an online image is different from an attachment -- at least in 2.0.x
