Has the Request A Converter page been taken down in the last 24 hours?

I kept getting "Timed Out" messages from it last night and now the page doesn't seem to exist!

Was I clicking on the wrong links? I have found it again but still get the following message the instant I click on the "Add Request" button:

we really dont use that form any longer, you are best to just post your request here in this board.

same thing happen with me getting this "Timed Out" error
