I don't use email for forums, but another admin on my forum got a problem after 23 May, so since then notification via email for new topics and posts that are awaiting for approval stopped coming and we are not sure why is that. Any idea what could be the reason for this notification to stop.
It happens only for items awaiting approval. For other posts/topics and private messages everything works fine.
Firstly its one that needs to be asked are all mail settings still the same? Has he checked other folders?
Did the admin turn off notifications for such things?
Are the emails going into the junk folder?

Waiting on her to answer me this, its email provider from Swiss with .ch , so I missed to check what email she is using on profile. So its highly possible that email provider made some change. Queue on forum shows 0 messages, so from forum side all seems good since other emails are still going to users.

The only person who touch settings is me, another guy is active to help me when help is needed, backups, etc, and this lady is moderating game but have full access and don't play around with settings, so nothing changed in last 2 months. Compared notifications settings on my profile and her and on my is mostly turned off for emails, while on her profile everything is on to receive everything. Don't know, maybe she did click on UNNOTIFY button on some boards and by bad luck all new topics/posts were in that boards.
Admin/Maintenance/Mail - all email settings are located there or there are more options in admin panel?

Hey yes, well after investigating problem in next days I realized that we do Approval on posts very fast so such email is not being sent. The thing is related with Scheduled Tasks/Approval Notifications where is set probably default option "repeating every 2 hour(s)" so since 10 of us can approve/unapprove (https://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1128)/remove posts it often can't go as email with that info, but just as new post in email. Idea of this system is really flawless, for people who use email on daily base.
