What settings need to be adjusted to allow guests to view the forum?

Currently guests can only see the "Home" (Recent Topics)

1- allow guests to view forum
2- grant guests permissions to board) in the board specific settings)
3- make sure that the guests permissions are correct (in the guests membergroup/permissions)

Admin -> Features and Options -> Allow guests to browse the forum
