I have a user whos from finland. He uses Win XP Pro English. When he tried to access the forum on FireFox and IE, he gets an error:

I have no clue what causes it, i have no language packs installed, anyone have an idea what i can do so he can see the forum?
What error messages does he get? Any errors in the error log?
Does this happened everytime he tries to access the forum? Does anything regarding that error popup in the error log in the admin center?
Jay - there is an image in the post ;)
Dohh. I just saw it right now when quoting him. It's not shouwing in the post.
Is this the only user with this problem?

Just got this from him:Hey... I got the forum working.. guess what I did? ... =/ I cleaned my page history, passwords etc. and restarted the browser...
What version are you running? 1.0.5 or 1.1 RC1? Can you check what that line says?
this one is 1.0.5 I asked him to visit the test forum which is 1.1RC1 and it works fine for him. You need me to check line 367 and post correct?
Try this
Admin > Forum Maintenance > Find and repair any errors.
The following errors are fouling up your forum (blank if none):
Would you like to fix these errors?
Yes - No
I just saw your edit. above. So this is fixed?
no, he can veiw it when not logged in, but when logged in he gets that error.
I changed his user group out of "dead members" ( automaticaly placed there by the manage inactive users mod) and he can now use the forum. Should i bring this problem up with that mod?
Yes this must be an issue with that mod.
