I think it would be handy to have a feature to be able to sort packes by date instaleled and alphabetcially
Available as a mod for 2.0 and is already core in 2.1.

the old versions of that mod did not do sorting (I was a maintainer of it in the past and have asked for it to be transferred back to my account but my request fell through)
