Hi all,
Im moving my forum to a CPanel hosting, and before to make some mistake, ive yours (expertises) opinion.
Should i poin my main domain to "public_html" or i need to create a folder on "public_html/mysite" and point the domain to this location? Since 2007 to today i was the domain pointed to a folder.
If anyone can give me some oppinion i apreciate.

that's up to you
is your forum going to be your main site or is it going to be a branch of your site?
whatever is in your public_html folder is what your main site will be, anything inside of folders will be
yourdomain/folder or if you set up subdomains folder.yoursite
