Grab the large upgrade package from the download site for SMF 2.1 RC3

Hello.  when I try to upgrade from smf 2.0.17 to smf 2.1 rc3 I get strange errors like "Update the language files to the latest version" and there are no newer than the current ones.  and this way I can't convert the database from smf 2.0.17 to smf 2.1 rc3 please help

change the default language to english for now.

I did, but now another error pops up and I'm still standing
