Title: Change nd_mysqli to mysqli

I have another app that requires mysqli so I need to change from nd_mysqli.

When I make this change on the server extentions for php 7.4 I get the following error in my forum.

Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

How can I make this change?
