Hello, we are using a very old version of IPB (1.3) and we would like to use SMF.
Our forum is pretty big (400k messages). I have found this tool https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=146211.0 but i would like to know if in 2021, it is the better way to migrate to SMF?
Or maybe migrate to another plateform (like phpbb) and then migrate to SMF?

I don't really know what to do

with the script linked in your reply , we have
Converting members...Wrong value type sent to the database. Date expected. (birthdate)
