? Don't know what that means.  The error indicates forum is connecting to database but table is missing.  Are the tables in the database?  There should be 63 tables minimum.  Is table prefix correct?

How did you backup the database through the admin panel or from the server. Because if you done it from the admin panel it might explain why some tables are missing as it's not reliable to backup through the admin panel.

1- you imported the contents of the old database to the new database?

As indicated -- confirm that ALL tables are actually present.

2- Did you confirm that your Settings.php actually HAS the correct connection information?

3- Did you update all of the PATHs and URLs in the database to match your new server (using repair_settings.php)?

If you can pm cpanel access (url/user/pw) I'll have a look.  Would also help if you can upload database dump somewhere where I can get it.
