So I got FB to accept my website thumbnail and yes I'm using the "Optimus" mod and that's fine and dandy!
Using Addthis to share a post to facebook it shows my custom thumbnail next to the post but shows the Theme/default/images/thumbnail.gif (default image) instead although I replaced it with my own. Any ideas to fix this on/for Twitter?
(I even created a twitter card but that don't seem to work when sharing from my site itself)
in the optimus mod under meta data did you check the box and put in a pic url?
might also need to tell fb to scrape the site again

Yes and it works fine on FB but can't get the thumbnail to show on Twitter
