I checked sceditor. It's contain option to insert youtube video with start time:

I tried to edit js code for 2.1 RC2, but I have not so big knowledge for that.

May be somebody already did it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update to rc4 first. No one is going to do development on rc2

Ok. May be somebody know how to edit js to add start time for youtube for RC4 version?

I agree it would be nice if this feature could be added for embeds in 2.1
Often on my forum I want to point someone to a certain section of a tutorial video (for example) and rather than embed the video and tell people to go to (time in video) the standard youtube code for this would do the job ideally.

SO yeah if someone could look at this that would be pretty good.
