There is an error also when trying to access the error log. It takes you there, then a pop up gives you alternatives but you cannot get out of that once there, even clicking on the close icon to the top right side.
This happens if there are errors or no errors but doesn't seem to produce an error
I should add that yours is not the only 2.1 theme to do this
Every 2.1 theme made for RCs will likely have this issue

I have noticed that all themes which are listed as RC, that I've tested, do have that problem I have managed to find 4 that are Ok and they are listed as 2.1.0 or 2.1.1

Also after installing the theme I reinstalled mods that change theme templates and noticed that when I reinstalled the quiz it didn't have an icon on the menu bar. This looks like a fantastic theme to work from. Unfortunately I am getting black text on black background for the quick editor and the full editor.
Also of note: The transition screen with the spinner is very off-putting being WHITE. Any way to make that a dark color so it matches the rest of the theme?
See attached for the black editor text issue...
BTW... transitioning from the dark to light version keeps the text black which is fine on the light version.
BTW... I figured out there is a bug. In BBC/CODE editor mode, the text shows up as normal. In WYSIWYG editor mode the text shows up black!

FOUC? Sounds like a variant detection issue with javascript. If it's being detected at the end of the page, instead of up in head, that would explain it.
I remember coming across that issue, it was related to the newsfader.
I think loading the delay into a proper var fixed it.

1. The icon issue is related to font-awesome. It seems that it is not being loaded correctly. Have you verified that the theme path is correct?
2. It looks like there is only an option to add an icon beside the text. Most themes have an option to add a logo image in theme settings, this one does not. You will need to edit the index.template.php file directly to add your own logo.
A quick fix to this -
Open index.template.php and find -

Looking at your site though, it seems as though the font awesome css (which creates the icons) is not being loaded at all.
If you can, upload your index.template.php file here from the UIS theme folder and I can look further into it for you.

This adds the option to link to whatever image you need for the logo in the current theme settings.(Like most themes do) or you can just add a custom folder in the images directory then drop a logo.png in said folder to replace the logo.

There seems to be an issue with it loading the webfonts files . This could be due to a file permission issue or simply not existing.

You will need to check the file permissions using a file manager in cpanel or an ftp program like filezilla.
The themes folders should be 777. Just the folders, the files themselves should be 666.
If you do not know how to do this, you will need to do some research and learn how.

Hit run task under empty smf cache.
Also be sure to create a folder within UIS > images and name it custom. Upload the logo with the file name of logo.png in that folder.

As long as you are overwriting that file, it should change.
It could be that you are just having a cache issue. In which case clear the SMF cache(see instructions above) and clear your browser cache. That should resolve the issue you are having.
Would minimize files affect this?

Use your browser inspector tool on the sections you want to change.
That will tell you the CSS code, the file and the line number....
you can even try out different changes in the inspector to see what they look like without changing the actual server hosted file.
in the case of the image -- you would want to find the specific css, and then add padding or margin (in pixels)
in the case of the bar graphs -- you would want to find the specific css, and then change the background-color value (hex-code html color notation format)

right click on the section you want to look at and choose "Inspect"
you don't need to edit CODE... only css

To be fair, Kindred is just trying to help you be able to do simple edits like this yourself :) . CSS isn't really code nor is it hard to learn.
This is more of a personalization request and not really fixing issues.
So for example with the orange bars.
I right clicked the bar > hit the inspect option > seen the following -
.generic_bar .bar, .progress_bar .bar {
position: absolute;
z-index: 1;
top: 0;
left: 0;
bottom: 0;
background: orange;
transition: width .3s;
border-radius: 1px;
box-shadow: 4px -4px 8px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) inset,
4px 4px 8px rgba(255,255,255,0.3) inset;
display: block;
}Which is found on line 2243.
So if you want to change the orange part, you are after the background: orange; .
You would change it to the color you want.
Now it looks like you have minimized files on, I would suggest disabling this so when you make the edits to your index.css and refresh, you can see the changes.
Admin CP > Configuration > Features & Options > General > uncheck " Minimize CSS and JavaScript files "

I want the label image of users to be shown in their profile. (their user stars). Currently only displayed under the avatar on the posts page. I remember a few years ago there was a plugin whose job was to show the user's label in the profile
