Title: Ignore list and mentions

In my opinion SMF should take ignore list into account when doing mentions. If I put some annoying member into my ignore list, I certainly don't want them to clog my alerts/notifications by mentioning me. What do you think?

Seems reasonable to me. Please open an issue on GitHub for this.
