Folks, were do I find this file? I'm wanting to adjust the max attachment size. Thank you

depends on your host
somewhere in your hosting account you should see something about php settings

I did a search of the whole server and didn't find this file name. So it is a flat file on the server? Not just a setting in CPanel?

In Cpanel under "Software" click on "MultiPHP INI Editor". (See screenshot below)

Well that is what I needed to change. But now I'm getting this error. I have it set to 6 meg

Check your server's error log for the reason to that 500 error.
