Under Moderate/reported Posts
there are two menu. Active reports and old reports.
How can i clear the message from old reports ?

Go to your Admin Panel->Maintenance->Logs->Settings->Remove report to moderator log entries older than... Set the number of days belonging to that option and save the changes.
I do not know if this will close only the old reports or all reports though as I have never used this myself, nor have I checked the relevant code.
