Can do that with just some CSS.

Just add this to the bottom of your index.css

.lastpost > p > span.postby a:first-child {
  display: none;
}

You know,  rgvill, if you are going to be running a website, you need to learn at least the basics of css and html -- and some php wouldn't hurt either.

Or be willing to pay someone to write you a custom theme.

You seem to want a very bizarre set of customizations, removing core information - and you're asking piecemeal, but it's adding up
