it would be very nice if SMF would allow administrators to not only allow/permit to view the calendar but also to selcet which of the main 3 categories should be viewable. For instance, I would like to permit guests to view the calendar but exclude birthdays (for privacy reasons).
For the boardindex that would mean that Events in Info Center would only appear if there were permitted events and dates.
