Title: IP address lookup - there are more than 4 regional WhoIs servers

There's also, for instance, AFRINIC at  http://www.afrinic.net/ whois.afrinic.net

There are exactly 5 NICs actually, we are missing AFRINIC it seems.

Afrinic was removed on purpose a while back (for 2.0 & 2.1).

They stopped replying to queries, and never published a new public link/api.

It appeared at the time they ceased offering that service.

That was early 2019.  Apparently a site/service rearchitecture.

It looks like they started offering via a new service late 2020: https://afrinic.net/whois/rdap

It may be possible to resurrect this.
