Title: Add Subscription error

When I try to add a new subscription plan it get the following error:

Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x92\x96 f...' for column `u*********_****_**`.`smf_subscriptions`.`email_complete` at row 1

(I censored some information using * symbol, everything else is as the error message outputted. It should hopefully be clear enough.)

It should work without the emoji.  You could also try entity-encoding the emoji until this error is addressed: 💖
