Can anyone tell me how to get the list of recent posts to the top of the page?
It's probably simple, but I can't figure it out. I'm learning. ;)

It seems to me like general advice that has little to do with the topic.
You'll have to edit the theme's boardindex.tempkate.pho file -- and probably the index.css as well
