I want to migrate a forum to our server but on the same domain, same location of files etc... How to do what data has changed?
Is there also data to update in the database if nothing changes the domain the same location of the ip the same just the server.

If anything changes, then you have to update the settings. (get and run repair_settings.php)
but I'm not sure I understand your comments above.
If you are changing servers, then the paths, if not the URLs will probably change.
Do I find the get and run repair_settings.php?
Do you also have a tutorial for a migration which folder I have to change to enter the new database logins?

although that second one says "moving to a different host" -- moving within the same host follows pretty much the same steps

Have you moved 2.0.19 to new server?
Most of your themes won't work with 2.1.3 ...
