Title: CSS minified - write permission denied?

Running SMF 2.1 since a few months and this logentry appeared:

Die Datei "/var/www/board/Themes/default/css/minified_09cdad569d87e2819bc03695151243b4.css" konnte nicht erzeugt werden. Bitte überprüfe, dass das Verzeichnis angemessene Berechtigungen hat.

This is the first time that error occured and underneath that Themes/default/css-Folder is only one other minified_xxxx.css File, which has been created 'today'.

File: n/a
Line: n/a
There is no File or Line mentioned in the Logs, just the URL used, which was:
https://forum.url.net/index.php?https://forum.url.net/
Forum has no access for Guests and error occured by some unauthed user

- How to Reproduce this Error
No idea
     
- Additional Information       
'Minimize CSS and Javascript' is enabled
/Themes/default/css/ has 0775 Permission
no mod-security2

Usually, if a file is created by PHP it should also be writable to PHP, and so this should not happen.
Can you check who owns the file, and what permissions are set?
