I can not get install to run beyond the screen shown. install problem.png
I can not find "..harry\links\forum\install.php to delete it.

Well, that looks like you're trying to download it from your server to your computer - is that what you're trying to do?

I login via FileZilla and go to /public_html/bobbear.org/forum I see install.php, when I double click on it that is what I get. I need to run/execute it some how?

you need to run install.php from a browser -- at whatever your site URL is -- not from ftp
