Is it possible to get a RSS Feed of the latest IM's, so that the RSS-Reader will be able to alert when the user have a new message (just like a email-notifier, such as google's atom-rss feed) ?

The problem is that a lot of readers do not support cookies so there would be no way to log you in.
Probably not gonna make it as a feature for now, though it may be a worthy mod.
It wouldnt work in most RSS readers but it would work well for firefox live bookmarks
