Go to PHPMyAdmin and REPAIR the smf_sessions table. It sounds like MySQL has a problem.

i dont find "REPAIR" on my PHPMyAdmin menu :( can i flush database from mysql cmd ??

Run this query in phpMyAdmin:

REPAIR TABLE smf_sessions;

Thank you! I just had this same problem today. And here it is already solved. I was afraid I'd have to do something crazy.

For the record the full error info I got back from the database was:

{my databasename}.smf_sessions
warning : Table is marked as crashed
warning : 2 clients are using or haven't closed the table properly
error : Record at pos: 135700 is not remove-marked
error : record delete-link-chain corrupted
error : Corrupt
