Is a popup really needed? Just type the url between [img][/img] tags, or click the (https://www.simplemachines.org/community/Themes/simple/images/bbc/img.gif) button when posting and type the url.
URL is OK but, average users can not makeThis kind of links (http://www.simplemachines.org). Also they do other coding wrong sometimes. A pop up would guarantee the right coding.
Is this possible yet?
