It's something wrong with your forum URL(path).
You probably have this now: http://www.mikesspace.de/forum/  and it has to be changed to fit
the real settings.
Check your forum settings( Administration settings - server settings - Forum URL,SMF Directory).

Did you include the header information in your Joomla Template index.php file as described in the readme.html file of the SMF_Bridge component?

If you have v1.1.1 (or 3.20) of the Bridge then check the readme file. It describes what to add. I checked the source of your page and could not find any direct reference to the SMF stuff.

So you set up a .htaccess to redirect from your forum to index.php?option=com_smf ?

You'll need to remove that.  When the script goes looking for the theme, and gets redirected, it doesn't find what it's looking for.

Hi Orstio!

no i set up a redirect on my web server.so i'll explain a littler better,
i was running my website from ftp.my website.de/html/joomla1.
The whole time i gave that address in the browser to open my page.
i then had www.mywebsite.de redircted to /joomla1,so that none would have to write the joomla1  extra to get to my site. question is,
my forum folder is also in the html folder ,but the redirect sends everything to the joomla folder first i think? so when something searches mysite/html/forum. the path will be redirected to joomla1 and never reach the proper /forum/sources.php. I am not a code guy so i hope this explains my problem correctly!?!

if anyone understands what i mean and have an idea what i can do to correct this please write back?

Thanx
mike!

remove the redirect...   if you want joomla in your root web directory, move it there and update configuration.php...

yes...   the home/username/html/ directory (or however your system is actually set up) is the WEB ROOT...  the one that you get to by going to www.yourdomain.com

just move the stuff in the home/username/html/joomla1/ directory (including all sub directories) into home/username/html/ and then edit the setup in joomla's configuration.php file...
