Title: Persian language files for SMF 1.1 RC2

I did send Persian language files for SMF 1.1 RC2 to Daniel D. two days ago. Why you don't put that at download page?  ???

Added (and sent it to you for translating the missing strings). Please use my packages for further translations. It's the same as yours with the missing strings.
