I think you guys should use this template as the one you get when you load the new forum. Its about the coolest one you can get, other then the blue you've been using.
We'll have a bunch of themes included when it's released...

Yeah cool the theme here. This one is specifically designed for this site and will not be distributed. However as [Unknown] wrote other templates will be distributed.
I'm sure someone could come up with a template SIMILAR to this, maybe not the exact same.

there might be a copyright problem
better check first if the design is open source/freeware or not
afaik, the subsilver is designed by some other group (not phpbb)

my definition of parody is something that imitates another for fun purposes
but the template is using phpBB's images, or did unknown created all those images himself? (i doubt that he did)
a parody is usually made for jokes/fun/entertaining purposes, but if its being used in a production environment, it wont be a parody anymore, will it?
EDIT: definition from dictionary.com for
parody: "A literary or artistic work that imitates the characteristic style of an author or a work for comic effect or ridicule."
It could be consited a parody, if it's just sort of joke at how it can look just like phpBB. It would be for a "comic effect", so you might be able to get away with it.

Well, I think it's cool. There aren't many good templates availble for YaBB that drastically change the design like that. Most of them just change the colors and buttons...
