I want to add 2 lines under the avatar
'Browser' - that show internet browser from which is posted
'OS' - that show current operating system
is it possible?

Browser - yes its possible. You can use $context['browser'] to narrow down what browser they are using.
OS - Not sure but leaning towards not possible at this time.
sounds like something that instead of detection could be a mod for users to enter the info from thier profile. might try asking in the mod request forum to see if someone would make something like this.
