Somehow, either when upgrading to SMF 1.05 OR when moving to another host, all of a sudden the forum cannot handle extended ascii characters. There are lots of examples of:

Elektrojänis to ElektrojÃ¤nis
transÂ·mogÂ·riÂ·fy<br>tr.v. transÂ·mogÂ·riÂ·fied, transÂ·mogÂ·riÂ·fyÂ·ing, transÂ·mogÂ·riÂ·fies

etc.....

Please tell me what I need to change to properly display these characters?
