Maybe add Google talk and skype by default in the registration.

Maybe you could make a new section in the admin area where people can choose which of the standard fields to make compulsory.

Date of Birth would be a good default. IF you could add several options and they could be enabled or disabled

make a menu in admin panel that allows the admin to turn off and on and set required  on the profile fields. would be nice and easy then to set things up for registration :)

maybe move it on a week later for the profile too? I think this should be implemented into SMF once i'm done. Maybew in 1.2?  ;D But first, let me get to making it. I will start after my exams. My exams are next week, after that, I will have no pressure on school. (I'm grade 10, and failing math :))
