An idea for people who use SMF as a portal might be to let admins set the number of topics displayed on a board by board basis.
My website (http://www.stuffitall.com) uses one board for any funny images and films and the link but I'd like to be able to display more topics in that board than in all the other boards.
I don't understand your request. Topics displayed where?
Sorry I didn't make that very clear.
At the moment admins can set the number of topics to be display on the forum boards, but it would be a good idea to enable different numbers of topics to be displayed on different boards for those people using portal mods.
hmmm.... theres no feature as such
guess it could come in as a mod
