Title: Enchanced Post Template

SMF Version: SMF 1.0.6
I've installed Enchanced Post Template from http://mods.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=258]this
successfully, but when I click "start a new topic" I can't see the smiles or other enchancements at all...

have I missed any step?
