It looks quite strongly like you are missing language files... please ensure that you have uploaded all the files from the package to the Themes/default/languages directory.

i upgraded from yabbse and i get that top error and then when i click admin i get..

Please try a detailed version check. Errors.php is not the most recent one. (it's still YaBB SE!)
