the specific simplemachines.org theme is not available... but the new default is actually VERY close to it.
(you won't be able to get an SMF theme by view-sourcing it since the SMF theme is mostly php with a few echo statements to fill in the actual content. :) )
Ok enough of this Erik. Just because you want to do something similar to this site does mean you should post it in site comments. Start searching for your answers and you'll probably figure out how we did a lot of stuff.
90% of the site's design is just HTML and CSS. The other 10% is basically just SSI usage.
