I don't know if someone feels like this is a good feature but how about adding a field in the profile, just below Current status, saying Current action and fetches the information from the Who's Online.

so you basically want the who's online user action to be featured in profile?

How about adding that as an alternative in the profile settings, like in the Layout relates showing a checkbox next to the text: Do you want to show other users what you are doing in your profile?
