So I installed the joomla SMF Bridge. ( package is MOS_SMF_BRIDGEv3[1].19a_stable )
I did step by step. But I fear the bridge i tried to install prior might have screwed something up... Everything seems to be working now. I was getting this error,
Notice: Undefined index: smf239 in c:\web\mimnocks\smf\Sources\Subs.php on line 966
So I found in subs.php where smf239 was and I commented em out.

That got rid of the errors... Now my page looks like it should with the exception of the login module... Its blank... Like it cant find something in the lang file???
Can anyone please help me? The login module is at the bottom of my site, left hand side

you can't just randomly comment out lines.
1- What version of SMF are you using?
2- what version of the bridge did you have previously installed?
3- did you add the code into your joomla template?
4- did you configure the component with the aboslute path to your forum?

Yes I edited the joomla template
I did configure the component with the absolute path...
Path to SMF(absolut): c:\web\mimnocks\smf
if I un comment the lines I had commented,

That's probably your problem. The Joomlahacks bridge makes changes to the SMF and Joomla source files.
You will need to upload clean files before installing the bridge that is supported here.

ok, I re uploaded everything brand spanking new and clean. It works pretty well now with a few quarks...
First, the login module always redirects to the forum, even though I have the login redirection set to "back to the mambo homepage" as well as the logout redirection there also.
seccond, When someone logs in using the module, It logs them into the forums, but not into joomla/mambo. So, if another author wants to submit news, they have to use a seperate login form. ( the joomla form )
Any ideas on those?

Because you have it set to unwrapped. The setting for unwrapped is incompatible with the redirect options.
Dang.... is there any hack or anywhere I can at all force it to stay on the main page after login, and be unwrapped?
It looks nasty wrapped....
