Title: Registration Agreement

So far so good, but I just found that I have no registration agreement (agreement.txt).  Where is the file supposed to go?  I would like to create it.

Same directory as Settings.php, it's in the upgrade packages if you download that.

yeah.. I downloaded that package.. I dont know why I dont have it.  thanks
